Frequently asked Questions:

  • The student ID number is printed on middle and high school schedules, report cards and progress reports. If you can't locate it, and you have registered your e-mail address with us, enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the student records home page. An e-mail will be sent to that address with your children's IDs and your userid and password.

  • In order to get a login name and password, you must register an e-mail address with your child's school.

  • You will receive your login name and password the day after your e-mail is given to the school. To get it, simply go to the student records home page. Enter your registered e-mail address in the space provided and e-mail will be sent to that address with your userid and password.

  • Parents who do not provide e-mail addresses will continue to get information in the traditional paper manner.

  • Student contact sheets, some standardized test reports, Middle and High School progress reports and report cards.

  • Parents and selected school district professionals. In the elementary schools, the files will be viewable by the principal and by each student's classroom teacher. In the middle and high schools, the files will be viewable by the building administration and each student's guidance counselor.

  • Each file is password protected. It is important that you keep your password confidential.

  • It was decided not to use names for a variety of reasons. Names are neither consistent nor unique. We have a number of students in our district with the same name. Names can be inconsistent. Is the login name Jeff or Jeffrey, Sue or Susan? Finally, using IDs provides one more small layer of security. A student's name is public. His/her ID is much less public.
